At the iconic Zulu Awards, Fredie P Creatives was invited to elevate a live performance by L.I.G.A., the winner of the “Upcoming Band” award — and we did it in a way no one expected.

As the band’s drummer laid down a driving beat, one of our most versatile and top-tier dancers took the stage to deliver a tap dance performance unlike anything the audience had seen. The collaboration between live drums and raw, percussive footwork created a powerful, organic rhythm — transforming the act into a layered, dynamic fusion of sound and movement.

The moment was surprising, bold, and electric — challenging assumptions about what tap dance can be and proving how it can merge seamlessly with contemporary music in a live show format.
