For a high-energy teambuilding experience like no other, Fredie P Creatives partnered with Pandora to transform three of their C-level executives into dancefloor champions — side-by-side with three professional dancers.

Inspired by the Dancing with the Stars format, each executive was paired with a pro and taken through personalized training sessions leading up to the event. A dedicated TV crew documented the journey, capturing every rehearsal, breakthrough moment, and behind-the-scenes emotion. The result? Three captivating montage videos—one for each couple—highlighting their transformation.

On the day of the event, the couples hit the stage in front of colleagues, dancing their hearts out to an audience of cheering peers. Their performances were evaluated by a panel of judges in true Dancing With the Stars fashion — creating a high-stakes, feel-good, show-stopping experience.
